Welcome to Birch Bread, we are a small retail and wholesale artisan bakery based on the High Street in Pangbourne, Berkshire.
We make amazing bread, cakes, pastries and savouries freshly baked each morning on the premises using the best, highest quality ingredients.

DownloadI started Birch Bread in a shipping container in my garden. Just me baking, selling to local cafes and at community markets and teaching bread making courses.
Seven years later I moved the business to Pangbourne High Street where I now employ seven local people and we sell our amazing range of cakes, breads and savouries and also supply wholesale to local cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Made fresh every day on the premises our bread, cakes and savouries are produced using only the best quality ingredients.
